Professional Malpractice Insurance
Dentists participate in this group Professional Liability Program. Coverage is managed by Aspen and provided at no cost to our Dentists. Each Dentist has his/her own individually written plan.

Matched 401K Retirement Plan
We sponsor this salary savings program for all affiliated team members. The program provides investment options for both the aggressive and conservative investor. Participants receive a matching company contribution following one year of employment.

Comprehensive Health Care
Team members working 32 hours or more each week are eligible for participation in Aspen Dental's group health insurance program. This comprehensive program provides plan options for individual and family participation that allows participants to select a program to best fit their lifestyle.

Life Insurance
We provide eligible employees an individual life insurance policy with varying limits dependent upon annual earnings. A voluntary program affords each participant the opportunity to select additional coverage.

Disability Insurance
A variety of programs for disability are available to eligible employees that provide earnings in the case of an off-work injury, including programs for short- and long-term disability.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Aspen Dental has implemented an FSA program that allows participating team members the ability to place pre-tax wages in a personal account for use in paying non-covered medical expenses and otherwise taxable fees for child-care.

Dental Discount Program
Our team members and their immediate families receive deeply discounted dental services at any Aspen Dental location. Preventative services are covered at 100 percent, basic and major services range in coverage limits from 50 to 80 percent.

Paid Time Off
Eligible team members are provided with paid time off for vacation, sick time and personal time. Your position will define your eligibility with accruals ranging in duration from one to four weeks of paid time based on length of service.
